Underfloor heating
Warm floors, even heat and no radiators taking up wall space: wet underfloor heating designed and installed for extensions, renovations and new builds.

Overview
What the work involves
Wet underfloor heating runs warm water through pipe loops beneath your floor, giving gentle, even warmth across the whole room. It runs at lower temperatures than radiators, which suits modern condensing boilers and heat pumps well.
We install underfloor heating for single rooms, extensions and whole homes, set up the manifold and zone controls, and balance the system so each room heats the way you want it.
Underfloor heating and radiators can share the same system. We'll advise on the right mix for your property when we quote.

Common questions
Frequently asked questions
- Can I have underfloor heating in just one room?
- Yes. Underfloor heating is often added to a single room such as a kitchen, bathroom or extension. It ties into your existing heating system through its own manifold and controls.
- Does underfloor heating work with my boiler?
- In most cases, yes. Wet underfloor heating runs off your existing heating system through a manifold and blending valve; we'll check your boiler is suitable when we quote.
